Buyers usually start with one category and expand once they see the colour matching and packing. Every family can be supplied as stock cartons, private label or a custom build for a specific project.

Arches, aisle arrangements and bridal bouquets dye-matched to your palette.

Vase stems, table arrangements and planter fills for interiors and gift retail.

Panels, trailing vines and bulk greenery for ceilings, walls and backdrops.

Single stems and mixed bouquets by the carton, supplied in assorted lengths.

Modular panels and custom installations built from your drawings and samples.

Seasonal collections with private-label packaging for retail programmes.

Because tooling, dyeing and assembly sit in the same building, a colour correction or a shape change does not turn into a three-week conversation between suppliers.
Tooling & moulding
Petals, calyxes and foliage are moulded in-house, so shape changes stay on our schedule.
Fabric cutting & dyeing
Cloth is cut and dip-dyed to your swatch, with batch records kept for reorders.
Hand assembly
Trained assembly teams build stems, bouquets and panels to a written construction spec.
Colour matching & QC
Samples are checked against the approved swatch and photographed before packing.
Packing & export
Inner bags, carton marks and pallet loading prepared for long-haul container shipping.
Own moulds for petals, leaves and specialty shapes.
Pantone and customer swatch matching with batch records.
Branded tags, boxes and retail-ready packaging.
Custom arches, walls and installations from drawings.
Four buying patterns cover most of our orders. If your project looks different, send the brief and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit for our floor.

Planners order arches, aisle pillars and centrepieces that can be packed flat, shipped ahead and installed by a local crew on site.

Hospitality buyers replace weekly fresh flower spend with arrangements that hold their colour through service, without a florist on call.
Seasonal sets, garlands and hanging greenery delivered ready to install, with private-label packaging for the store floor.
Interior studios and gift retailers buy vase stems and planter fills by the carton, matched to a room palette rather than a single SKU.
Tell us the product mix, quantity and destination port. You receive a quotation with packing data, carton dimensions and weight so your forwarder can plan the container.

Journal

Buyers often compare price per stem and stop there. The material underneath decides whether a bouquet still looks right after a season on display. This note walks through fabric types, stem cores, colourfast treatment and how each choice shows up in a sample kit, so you can specify what you actually need before the quotation stage.

A wall that photographs well in the showroom can arrive crushed if the packing plan ignores panel geometry. We explain how modular panels are counted, flat packed and corner protected, what the receiving crew needs on site, and which dimensions to confirm before the container is booked for an event installation.

Orders placed late in a season cost more and arrive after the window closes. This calendar shows when retail buyers and event planners typically commit to holiday, wedding and spring collections, and how much buffer to leave for dyeing, assembly and sea freight so stock lands before your customers start asking.
If your question is not here, send it with your enquiry and we will answer it in writing so you can forward it to your team.
Stock items ship from one mixed carton. For production runs we agree the minimum per shape and colour during quotation, usually a few hundred pieces, so small trial orders and full container loads are both possible.
Yes. We can produce to your drawings and colour references, or supply our existing shapes in your palette. Private label tags, retail boxes and branded cartons are prepared with your artwork.
We send swatch sets and sample kits. Sample cost and courier charges are quoted separately and confirmed with you before dispatch, so there is no surprise on the invoice.
Stock items are dispatched within 7 to 10 days after payment. Custom production runs take around 25 to 35 days depending on volume, dyeing and assembly work, and we confirm the date in the quotation.
The factory operates an ISO 9001 quality management system and has completed a BSCI social compliance audit. Materials are prepared to REACH and California Prop 65 requirements for decorative goods.
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and material declarations. Form A, Form E, fumigation certificates and inspection reports are prepared when your market requires them.
Stems are banded and bagged, panels are flat packed with corner protection, and cartons are marked to your instruction. Pallets and floor loading are both available depending on volume and unloading equipment at destination.
Send a drawing, a reference photograph or the finished panel size. We return a sample section for approval before the full run, and build the wall in modular panels so it can be shipped flat and assembled on site.
The more detail you include, the more useful our first reply is. Product mix, quantity, colours and destination port are enough to start, and a drawing is welcome if you are planning an installation.
